Casa La Paz is a 2-story home located in the Costa Diamante housing development on sandy Beach. This home has an ocean view with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which can accommodate up to 8 guests. The home is a soft yellow adobe style with an attached 2 car garage. The home has a front patio and a balcony which give a clear view of the ocean.

The living room of this beautiful home has peach colored walls, and a mural of palm trees and a sunset adorning one of the walls. The living room has tons of seating on the pull out sofa bed, and many wood framed cushion love seats and arm chairs. The room includes a large cherry wood coffee table and a smaller glass top beverage stand. The room has windows all along the back wall that illuminate the room with natural light. The living room also has a built in brick trimmed fireplace and built in media niches which has a TV / DVD with satellite. The fireplace mantle is decorated with books, movies and large ceramic pots.

The dining room has a large beach wood rectangular shaped table with seating for six persons. The dining room also includes a matching console table and a large potted silk plant in the corner. The kitchen has ivory colored ceramic tiled counter tops with maple wood cabinets and white appliances. The kitchen includes a built in counter bar with four high back leather hide bar stools and a purified water dispenser. The kitchen comes with counter top conveniences like a toaster, blender, mixer and coffee maker. You have all the serving ware and cookware needed for entertaining your guests.

The 1^st bedroom has a queen size wrought iron framed bed with a pastel floral printed bedding set. The walls of the room are painted a soft pink with a couple framed art prints and plenty of light. The room includes 2 bedside tables, a dresser and a large double door closet for your clothing.

The 2^nd guest bedroom has a California King size bed with pale blue geometric patterned bedding. The room has a large 8 drawer cherry wood dresser, a matching wood bench at the end of the bed and a large closet for your clothing. The attached master bathroom has a ceramic tiled double sink vanity with a private commode and ceramic tiled walk in shower.

The 3^rd bedroom has a lovely queen size bed with a matching suite of furniture. The 2^nd bathroom has a walk in shower, single mirrored sink vanity and a commode.

The patio provides exquisite views of the ocean and beach area. You could dine outside after you cook up a seafood feast on a Charcoal BBQ. Kick back with a glass of wine or a frozen margarita and enjoy the warm ocean air blowing through your hair. The home is just a short walk to the beach where you can explore the tide pools, swim in the water or lay on the beach. You will be very pleased with the comfort and location of this Sandy Beach home.  The pool is now open but is not heated.
