Casa Blanca Rocky Point is one of Puerto Penasco’s really good value area spots.  It has the location of all the luxurious Condos with a smaller budget.  These beautiful condos are well equipped for a great weekend or week, or whatever you choose as they are very well priced and just a quick stroll to the beach.

Casa Blanca Golf Villas is set on approximately 15 acres.  Guests can enjoy any of the 2 pools at the resort, one alongside the beach, the 18 Hole links Putting golf course, exercise trail and walking paths, two running streams, gas and charcoal BBQ grills in picnic areas, desert-tropical landscapes, beach volley ball court and access to the public beach with palapas and palm trees.

The resorts sits back about 300 yards from the beach (about a 4 minute walk).  Most condos have a beautiful ocean view.

Casa Blanca Rocky Point offers 2 and 3 bedroom condos with very large balconies.  Inside the condos you will find fine design finishes like stone, tile, marble and granite.  Kitchens are fully equipped with upscale modern appliances.

Casa Blanca Rocky Point 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo.  Sleeps up to 6 people regardless of age if condo has a sofa bed.  If no sofa bed then only 4 guests are allowed in condo.  Ocean front views, full kitchen, balcony, living room.  Bed type depends on which condo you choose.
This 2 bedroom condo offers a living area of 1,112 sq ft with a 222 sq ft balcony for a combined total of  1,334 sq ft.

No, this is not available right at Casa Blanca Rocky Point.  But there are always vendors on the beach right in front of the resort who have jet skies, banana boat rides, paddle boards and kayaks available for rent.  You can also get a beach massage at very affordable rates.  Usually about 40.00 an hour.

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am.  If you arrive earlier than 4 pm you can check in and get your bracelets and you will be allowed to use the restaurant and facilities in the common areas while you wait for your condo to be ready.

ATV rentals are not available right at Casa Blanca but you will see lots of vendors down the street.  They are almost everywhere in the Sandy beach area.

The pool closes every day at 10pm

No, there is no daily maid service provided but if you wish you can schedule a cleaning at the front desk for an additional fee.

Yes, charcoal BBQ grills are available by the pool.

Yes, every condo has a balcony.

No, all inclusive packages are not available.

You are only allowed to smoke in the common areas and balconies unless otherwise stated.

No, you can use the water for bathing, doing dishes, etc. We recommend you bring bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.

No, pets are not allowed at the Resort.  This includes service animals.

No, extra bracelets are not available for sale.  You will only get bracelets for the maximum number of guests allowed to be in your condo.  Make sure you check this information before you arrive to avoid any issues checking in.

Yes, everyone staying at Casa Blanca Rocky Point requires a bracelet with the exception of children ages 2 years old and younger.

The occupancy limits are as follows:
1 Bedroom Condo sleeps  2 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Two people if no sofa bed.
2 Bedroom Condo sleeps 4 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Four people if no sofa bed.
3 Bedroom Condo sleeps 6 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Six people if no sofa bed.

Children 2 years and younger do not get bracelets.

Banditos (restaurant/bar) and Changos (Bar) are about a 5 minute walk away from the hotel.  The Reef is also located about a mile away which offers a restaurant and bar.  Downtown “Malecon” is located only about a 5 to 8 minute drive away and Calle 13 is also just about a 5 minute drive away or less than 2 mile walk on the beach.  Visit our maps page for directions.

Yes, you can have your own food and drinks by the pool but make sure all your drinks are in plastic containers.  No glass allowed for obvious reasons.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Casa Blanca Rocky Point is about 300 yards from the beach.  This will take about 4 minutes of casual walking.
  • There is no lobby at the hotel.  All keys and bracelets need to be picked up at one of the management companies in town.  If any concerns arise during your vacation you will need to contact the management company in town.
  • No restaurant or bar available at the hotel but you have a few restaurants within a walking distance from Casa Blanca Rocky Point.
  • The hotel offers a more private, quiet vacation than most hotels in the area.
  • There is no Jacuzzi available.
  • All condos are privately owned and individually decorated.  Some do not offer WiFi.
  • At least one guest has to be 25 or older in order to stay here.
