Bella Sirena Resort is located on over 14 acres of beach front property on Sandy beach.  The resort consists of 5 high rise towers (eight stories each) and 20 ocean side villas.  You will be mesmerized by the beautiful old world Mexican and Tuscan inspired architecture.  The grounds of Bella Sirena Puerto Penasco are surrounded with lush vegetation, rock formations and fountains throughout the property.

Situated on twice the land than any other resort in Rocky Point, Bella Sirena Resort allows you to enjoy all the hotel amenities while still having a sense of privacy and openness.

Bella Sirena Puerto Penasco offers many modern amenities such as beautifully designed negative edge pool surrounded by comfortable loungers.  There are 5 swimming pools, 2 Jacuzzis and kiddie pool.  The poolside bar and grill features a variety of dishes and specialty cocktails at the central pool located in the heart of Bella Sirena Resort.  The property is gated and has an underground parking with 24 hour security.

The beautifully designed and generously proportioned condominiums at Bella Sirena Puerto Penasco feature raised ceilings, domed ceilings in the spacious great room.  8 foot solid core arched wooden doors.  Comfortable living area with an entertainment suite, dining area and kitchen with gourmet amenities like granite slab counter tops, eat in breakfast area and quality appliances.  These spacious units are very exclusive and not many are for rent so plan ahead if you want to stay at this property.  Extremely large balconies off the bedrooms and living room. This property has large million dollar homes in front of the condos on the ocean front, so please keep that in mind.  Most condos have a full ocean views and some have beautiful garden views.

You can get drinks and food from the pool side bar

No, this is not available right at the Bella Sirena Rocky Point.  But there are always vendors on the beach right in front of the resort who have jet skies, banana boat rides, paddle boards and kayaks available for rent.  You can also get a beach massage at very affordable rates.  Usually about 40.00 an hour.

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am.  If you arrive earlier than 4 pm you can check in and get your bracelets and you will be allowed to use the restaurant and facilities in the common areas while you wait for your condo to be ready.

ATV rentals are not available right at Bella Sirena Rocky Point but you will see lots of vendors down the street.  They are almost everywhere in the Sandy beach area.

The pool closes every day at 10pm

No, there is no daily maid service provided but if you wish you can schedule a cleaning at the front desk for an additional fee.

Room service is not available but you can place an order at the pool side restaurant and come pick it up when it’s ready.

Yes, charcoal BBQ grills are available at the Bella Sirena Rocky Point.  Bring your own charcoal.

Yes, every condo has a balcony with an ocean view.

You are only allowed to smoke in the common areas and balconies unless otherwise stated.

No, you can use the water for bathing, doing dishes, etc. We recommend you bring bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.

No, pets are not allowed at the Bella Sirena Rocky Point.  This includes service animals.

No, only resort guests are allowed to enjoy the facilities.

No, extra bracelets are not available for sale.  You will only get bracelets for the people allowed to be in your condo and they are included with your reservation.

Yes, everyone staying at the Bella Sirena Rocky Point requires a bracelet with he exception of children ages 2 years old and younger.

The occupancy limits are as follows:
1 Bedroom Condo sleeps  2 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Two people if no sofa bed.
2 Bedroom Condo sleeps 4 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Four people if no sofa bed.
3 Bedroom Condo sleeps 6 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Six people if no sofa bed.

Children 2 years and younger do not get bracelets.

The Bella Sirena Rocky Point has its own restaurant and really close by you will also find Banditos (restaurant/bar) and Changos (Bar).  The Reef is also located about a mile away.  Downtown “Malecon” is located only about a 5 to 8 minute drive away and Calle 13 is also just about a 5 minute drive away or less than 2 mile walk on the beach.  Visit our maps page for directions.

Yes, you can have your own food and drinks by the pool but make sure all your drinks are in plastic containers.  No glass allowed.

There is a restaurant bar right by the pool but it’s not a swim up bar.

No, all inclusive packages are not available at the Bella Sirena Puerto Peñasco.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • Buildings A and E are closest to the beach
  • Ground floor units have obstructed or no ocean views but beautiful garden views
  • For a better ocean view stay on the third floor or higher
  • Building C is further from the beach but offers the best ocean front views.
  • Buildings D and E face east and get afternoon shade in the summer months.  Buildings A and B face West and have sunset views.
  • Bella Sirena Resort is on over 14 acres of land so you will do more walking to get to the beach than at other hotels on Sandy Beach but the walkway gardens are beautiful :)
  • No daily maid service is provided but you can schedule an additional cleaning for an extra fee if you want.
  • Bring your own beach-pool towels.
  • Bring standard coffee filters for coffee maker.
