Agaves Del Mar is a 4 bedroom 3 bath beach front home located in the gated community of Las Conchas. The home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot high up on the dune over looking the Sea of Cortez. Agaves Del Mar can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
The master bedroom offers beautiful ocean views and has a king size bed, private bath and fireplace. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, full bath. The third bedroom has two twin beds and a private bath as well. Both the second and third bedroom also face the ocean. The fourth bedroom is perfect for the kids as it offers two sets of bunk beds and a TV/DVD setup up for video games.
The open, airy kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave oven, toaster, blender, coffee maker, pots and pans and a gas grill for out door grilling and an old charcoal grill for those that like charcoal or wood. There is also in-kitchen bar seating where you can enjoy a quick meal or snack. The dining area offers seating for eight on a rustic dining table.
The comfortably furnished living room has beautiful beach and ocean views. This area offers satellite TV/DVD and stereo. The home also has WiFi access. Sofa beds and futons are bring your own linens (sheets)
