About this Home
Casa Azul Mariposa is a 5 bedroom 5 bath ocean view home that can easily accommodate up to 12 guests offering 3,000 square feet of spacious living space. The home is located just a short walk from the beach in the gated community of Las Conchas.
The comfortable master bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bath. Two other of the bedrooms also have a private bath and one queen size bed in each bedroom. The fourth bedroom has a full size bed and the fifth bedroom has two twin beds. Both the fourth and fifth bedroom share a bathroom. The fifth bedroom also has a complete second kitchen and great room with eating and sitting areas as well as a full size sofa bed.
The living room has a fireplace and TV with. There is also a second living area downstairs that offers a Foosball table as well as other games and books to enjoy.
The full kitchen includes all the cooking utensils and appliances and a breakfast bar that seats four. The dining area has a table that seats 8.
There are two large wrap-around balconies (on on each floor) with great views of the ocean and plenty of comfortable space to sit in and enjoy the views. There is also a BBQ grill.
