Marina Pinacate Rocky Point in Puerto Penasco

Located on the trendy Calle 13.  Walk to a large number of restaurants, bars and shops all just minutes away from your condo.  The Marina Pinacate is situated on the harbor next to Penasco Del Sol formerly Plaza Las Glorias.

This hotel offers a rustic charm and small atmosphere that is quite unique in comparison to the other Sandy Beach resorts.
With amenities such as an ocean view pool, kids wading pool, spacious shady palapa area, BBQ grills and more, the Marina Pinacate is one of the most affordable hotels on Sandy Beach.

Marina Pinacate Puerto Peñasco is located on top a sea wall.  All condominiums have beautiful ocean views but because the hotel is raised up from the ocean you walk about 50 yards to get to the beach.  The owners have build a strip of “beach” on top of the sea wall that is right outside the condo buildings.

The Marina Pinacate offers 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos as well as 2 and 3 bedroom Villas.  All condos have full kitchens, spacious dining living room, large balconies, washer and dryer and cable TV.

The close proximity to downtown provides a beautiful close up view of the City Lights of the Old Port and Marina.  You can also watch all the various boats enter and leave the harbor all from your balcony.  If you decide to go into the Malecon (downtown) or other entertainment, there are always taxis in front of the hotel next door.

The Marina Pinacate is an older property but it offers conveniences unlike any other resort condo in Puerto Peñasco due to its central location.  If you want to be where all the “action” is and are on a budget this is the best value for you.

No, the Marina Pinacate does not have its own restaurant but withing a 3 to 5 minute walk you have access to several restaurants, shops and bars.

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am.  If you arrive earlier than 4 pm you can check in and get your bracelets and you will be allowed to use the facilities in the common areas while you wait for your condo to be ready.

No, your condo is clean when you arrive but there is no daily maid service provided.

Yes, everyone staying at the hotel requires a bracelet with he exception of children ages 2 years old and younger.

Yes, drinks and food are perfectly fine by the pool.  No glass containers of any kind for obvious reasons.

Yes, charcoal grills are available at the hotel.  Bring your own charcoal.

Yes, parking is guarded and gated with 24 hour security.  Parking is free for Marina Pinacate guests.

No,  you will only get the number of bracelets for the maximum number of guests allowed in your condo.  This information is listed on your confirmation letter.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • In order to get to the beach you will follow a path that goes along a short wall in front of the hotel next to Marina Pinacate Puerto Peñasco, less than 3 minutes, which will put you on Sandy beach.  Here you will also have the best access for water rides and various vendors.
  • The pool in front of the villas is for owner’s use only.  Rental guests are not allowed to use this pool.
  • All linens and bath towels are provided in the condos but you may want to bring your own pool-beach towels.
  • If you are towing a trailer you will not be able to park it at the Marina Pinacate’s main paring lot.  You will need to park it inside the parking lot located at the hotel next door (Penasco Del Sol) which also offers 24 hour security.
  • All condos are privately owned and individually decorated.
  • This area of the beach tends to be more crowded than the rest of Sandy Beach.
