The inviting great room offers incredible floor to ceiling windows that capture one of the best views in Rocky Point, a fireplace, and gorgeous Saltillo tile floors.  There is a fully equipped kitchen with an eat-in bar.  The home also offers a separate dining area.

Alternatively, you can also prepare your meals in the outdoor courtyard ‘s covered cooking area that provides a cozy bar area, propane BBQ grill, sink with hot and cold running water, small microwave, electric skillet, blender, hand mixer, & toaster.

There is also a built in fire-pit in the downstairs patio that overlooks the ocean.  Perfect for sitting by the fire and enjoying some delicious s’mores.

There are also other outdoor patio areas that overlook the sea.
