This gated resort with 24 hour security offers three swimming pools one with a swim up bar where you can cool off and enjoy the Mexican Sun.  We also offer you direct access to the beach where you will find a perfect space to lay back and de-stress.  If you want to relax, visit the Spa, a wellness center with a variety of treatments, or get an outdoors massage right by the pool so that you return from your vacation feeling as good as new.

You are only allowed to smoke in the common areas and balconies unless otherwise stated.

No, you can use the water for bathing, doing dishes, etc. We recommend you bring bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.

No, pets are not allowed at Las Palmas Rocky Point.  This includes service animals.

No, only resort guests are allowed to enjoy the facilities.

No, extra bracelets are not available for sale.  You will only get bracelets for the maximum amount of guests allowed in your particular condo.

Yes, everyone staying at Las Palmas Rocky Point requires a bracelet with he exception of children ages 5 years old and younger.

The occupancy limits are as follows:
1 Bedroom Condo sleeps 4 guests regardless of age.  Two people if no sofa bed.
2 Bedroom Condo sleeps 6 guests regardless of age..  Four people if no sofa bed.
3 Bedroom Condo sleeps 8 guests regardless of age.  Six people if no sofa bed.
3 and 4 bedroom villas sleep between 8 and 12 guests depending on the villa.

Children 5 years and younger do not get bracelets.

Las Palmas Rocky Point has its own restaurant and right accross the street you will also find Banditos (restaurant/bar) and Changos (Bar).  The Reef is also located less than a mile away.  Downtown “Malecon” is located only about a 5 to 8 minute drive away and Calle 13 is also just about a 5 minute drive away or less than 2 mile walk on the beach.  Visit our maps page for directions.

Yes, you can have your own food and drinks by the pool but make sure all your drinks are in plastic containers.  No glass allowed.

Yes, there is a swim up bar in the main pool.

No, all inclusive packages are not available at Las Palmas Puerto Peñasco.

Yes, during the cooler months one of the pools is heated.

Yes, there is free WiFi in all condos.  All units also have phones to communicate between condos and the front desk.  If you need to make calls to the US you can find a toll free phone in the front desk.

There are 12 palapas on the beach for Las Palmas guests.  You will also find vendors on the beach who rent canopies and chairs for a fee.  You could also bring your own canopy and chairs if you prefer.  During busy times it may be hard to find an empty palapa.

Yes, there is a swim up bar and also a restaurant right by the pool

No, this is not available right at Las Palmas Rocky Point.  But there are always vendors on the beach right in front of the resort who have jet skies, banana boat rides, paddle boards and kayaks available for rent.  You can also get a beach massage at very affordable rates.  Usually about 40.00 an hour.

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am.  If you arrive earlier than 4 pm you may be able to check in and get your bracelets and be allowed to use the restaurant and facilities in the common areas while you wait for your condo to be ready.

ATV rentals are not available right at Las Palmas Rocky Point but you will see lots of vendors down the street.  They are almost everywhere in the Sandy beach area.

The pool closes every day at 10pm

No, there is no daily maid service provided but if you wish you can schedule a cleaning at the front desk for an additional fee.

Yes, room service is available from the restaurant but keep in mind that during busy times there may be a long wait to get your food.

Yes, charcoal BBQ grills are available at Las Palmas Rocky Point.  Bring your own charcoal.

Yes, every condo has a balcony with an ocean view.

Prices vary but it’s not uncommon for the resort to have specials such as $45.00 for an hour massage or 2X1 massages.

No, all condos include all linens and bath towels.

If you have a guest that is visiting security will assign them a visitor wristband that allows them on the property; however they are not allowed to use the pools. Your visitors can go with you only to the beach, restaurants and bars. They also must leave the property by midnight.

At least one guest must be 18 years or older.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • There is always one pool that is assigned for adult use only.  Every month Las Palmas Rocky Point rotates between the Baja building pool and the Grande building pool for adult use.
  • The Bonita and Delfin buildings are closest to the water slides and main pool with the Bonita being the closest.  The Baja and Grande buildings are closer to the beach.
  • The Baja and Grande buildings each have a pool and hot tub.  The Bonita and Delfin buildings each have a hot tub and community charcoal grills.  The main pool with the water slides is in the middle of the Bonita and Delfin buildings.
  • Units located on the ground floor do not have ocean views.  Condos on the second and third floor may have partially obstructed views of the ocean depending on the building they are located.
  • All condos are privately owned so they are all furnished differently.
  • The villas are right on the beach and the high rise buildings are behind them.
  • There is no daily maid service.
  • As of Jan 2019, only guests 18 years or older are allowed in the new negative edge beach side pool.  This rule applies to both sides of the pool.
  • As of October 2020, the primary renter on all bookings must be at least 21 years of age at the time of arrival.
