The Princesa De Penasco is a quiet, comfortable resort on Sandy Beach with beautiful ocean views from every condo.  Located only minutes from Puerto Peñasco’s restaurants, shops and nightlife.

The property has 5 buildings with 220 condominiums.  The buildings layout form a half circle shape carefully laid out to maximize the views and create the feeling of a beautiful, private enclave.

This is a beautiful property and has 3 swimming pools, Jacuzzi, kids wading pool, restaurant/bar, club house with state of the art fitness center, gated community with 24 hour security, guest services desk.

There are 1, 2 and 3 bedroom condos available for rent.  All condos have full kitchens, dining/living room and balconies facing the ocean.

You will enjoy walking through the beautifully decorated beach front gardens and walking paths.

This property has more affordable rates than most of all the sandy beach resorts and you still get all the amenities of a beach front condo resort.

All of Princesa de Penasco 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condos are located on the fifth floor.  This condo has a lower and upper level.  In the lower level you will find 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining-living room, one bath and balcony.  The upper level includes a penthouse master suite with private bathroom and balcony.  Sleeps 6 adults and 2 children 12 years old and under if condo has a sofa bed.  If no sofa bed then only 6 guests are allowed in condo.  All condos have beautiful ocean views.
The lower level has a total living area of 1,057 sq ft and a 90 sq ft balcony.  The upper level has a total living area of 476 sq ft and a 164 sq ft balcony for a total combined area of 1,787 sq ft.

No, there is no swim up bar at the pool.  The restaurant is located near by on the D building where you can order food and drinks.

No, this is not available right at the Princesa De Penasco.  But there are always vendors on the beach right in front of the resort who have jet skies, banana boat rides, paddle boards and kayaks available for rent.  You can also get a beach massage at very affordable rates.  Usually about 40.00 an hour.

Check in is at 4 pm and check out is at 11 am.  If you arrive earlier than 4 pm you can check in and get your bracelets and you will be allowed to use the restaurant and facilities in the common areas while you wait for your condo to be ready.

ATV rentals are not available right at Princesa De Penasco Resort but you will see lots of vendors down the street.  They are almost everywhere in the Sandy beach area.

No safe included in the condos.

The pool closes every day at 10pm

No, there is no daily maid service provided but if you wish you can schedule a cleaning at the front desk for an additional fee.

Room service is not available but the restaurant is located on the D building where you can place your order and come back and get it later.

Yes, charcoal BBQ grills are available at the Princesa De Penasco.  Bring your own charcoal.

Yes, every condo has a balcony with an ocean view.

Yes, there shaded palapas and beach chairs on the beach.

No, the pools are currently not heated.  One hot tub is always heated.

You are only allowed to smoke in the common areas and balconies unless otherwise stated.

No, you can use the water for bathing, doing dishes, etc. We recommend you bring bottled water for drinking and brushing your teeth.

No, pets are not allowed at the Princesa De Penasco.  This includes service animals.

No, only resort guests are allowed to enjoy the facilities.

No, extra bracelets are not available for sale.  You will only get bracelets for the maximum amount of guests allowed to be in your condo.

Yes, everyone staying at the Princesa De Penasco requires a bracelet with he exception of children ages 2 years old and younger.

The occupancy limits are as follows:
1 Bedroom Condo sleeps  2 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Two people if no sofa bed.
2 Bedroom Condo sleeps 4 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Four people if no sofa bed.
3 Bedroom Condo sleeps 6 adults and 2 children 12 years old and younger.  Six people if no sofa bed.

Children 2 years and younger do not get bracelets.

The Princesa De Penasco has its own restaurant and  just about 5 minute walk from Princesa De Penasco you will also find Banditos (restaurant/bar) and Changos (Bar).  The Reef is also located about a mile away.  Downtown “Malecon” is located only about a 5 to 8 minute drive away and Calle 13 is also just about a 5 minute drive away or less than 2 mile walk on the beach.  Visit our maps page for directions.

Yes, you can have your own food and drinks by the pool but make sure all your drinks are in plastic containers.  No glass allowed.

No, Princesa De Penasco does not have a swim up bar, but there is a restaurant where you can purchase foods and drinks.  Collins Cantina is located in the D building.

No, all inclusive packages are not available at the Princesa De Penasco.

Parking is free for hotel guests and it is gated with 24 hour security.

GOOD TO KNOW

  • All condos are privately owned and have different furnishings.
  • The closest buildings to the beach are buildings A and E but all buildings have beautiful ocean views.
  • Princesa de Penasco is only 5 stories high.  The higher up you are the more panoramic views of the ocean.
  • Ground floor units have easier access to the pool areas but offer less privacy.
  • Buildings on the west side (A and B) get morning sun and the buildings on the east side (D and E) get afternoon sun.
  • There is no swim up bar but Collins Cantina is located on the D building.
  • There is no daily maid service but all condos come with a washer and dryer.
  • Bring your own beach-pool towels.
  • All three bedroom condos are located on the fifth floor and they consist of 2 levels.
  • The pools are located directly in front of buildings A, C and E respectively.
