The Living Room, Master Bedroom and Bedroom number 2 have doors with screens that open up to the beachfront patio. The large kitchen has a wrap around bar with 6 bar stools and it has all the counter space you need to prepare even the most lavish meals for your family.
Casa Chapman has an outdoor terrace with BBQ facilities and a park bench that overlooks the water. There is an outdoor shower and fire pit as well.
And the best part about this home is that the the beach is less than 100ft from your front door!!
The town’s “malecon” (downtown) is a 10-minute drive from Casa Chapman. Where you will also find a wide range of restaurants serving national and international cuisine. There is also a major supermarket within a 10 minute drive from Casa Chapman.
