PAYMENT
Full pre-payment is required at time of reservation. Your credit card will be charged for the full amount as soon as reservation is confirmed at which point the cancellation policy goes into effect.
THE PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESERVATION AND CHECKING IN MUST BE AT LEAST 25 YEARS OLD
SECURITY DEPOSIT
Please be advised that upon check in at the Resort you will be required to show the credit card you used to pay for your stay; same card must be used for the security deposit, which will depend on the number of bedrooms in the condominium
- 1 bedroom $150 USD
- 2 bedrooms $200 USD
- 3 bedrooms $300 USD
- 4 bedrooms $350 USD
- 5 bedrooms $400 USD
This is only a hold and will be released 72 hours after your check out if no damages or losses occur. The card holder must be the person who checks in, pays for the reservation and the one that leaves the security deposit.
CHANGE & CANCELLATION POLICY:
- There will be no reservation changes allowed within 10 days of your arrival date.
- Confirmed reservations which are cancelled at least 10 calendar days before your check-in date will result in 150 USD cancellation fee. For cancellations made within 10 days of your check-in date or no-shows, the total reservation amount will be forfeited. – There are no refunds for early departures.
- There are no refunds for holiday dates.
- No reimbursement in case of eviction, zero tolerance policy.

CAPACITY
Each condominium is for a specific number of guests (including adults and children). The number of guests is included on your confirmation letter. Only one additional person over the maximum occupancy per unit is allowed and has a charge of $35 USD per night. Children not yet 3 years old, are not required to wear a wristband and are not counted in the occupancy. We do not accept reservations made by people under 25 years old, unless accompanied by someone over 25 during their stay.
INDIVIDUAL OWNERSHIP OF SUITES
Each condominium available for rent is individually owned, the owner has furnished it under general standards, which were established in order to meet the requirements and expectations of our rental guests. Therefore, if you are placed in a condominium that does not meet your needs we would appreciate it if you could please notify the Administration. Similarly, if the condominium were to your liking during your stay and you would like to request the same room in the future, please make this request at the time of making your new reservation.
