Brand new 3 story town house (no elevators) with modern furnishings, full kitchen, large balcony and private one car garage.
Once you park in the garage, you will go up one flight of stairs to the main floor. Here you will find a full kitchen, dining and living room with a sofa bed and a half bath.
Second floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. On the top floor you will find the master bedroom with a full bath and large covered balcony over looking the town with partial ocean views.
Cold A/C, ceiling fans as well as free WiFi and smart TV.
Access to community pool surrounded by beautiful green, lush gardens.
