NOTICE OF RACE

The Hobie Class Association of North America in affiliation with Phoenix Hobie Fleet 66

VENUE

Playa Bonita Hotel and RV Park, Puerto Peñasco, Sonora, Mexico

RULES

The regatta will be governed by the rules as defined in The Racing Rules of Sailing. Sailing Instructions will be available at registration.

CLASSES/STARTS

Regatta is open to all Hobie One-Design Classes. Trophies awarded to top finishers in each fleet based on boats registered by 4/15.

CONDITIONS OF ELIGIBILITY

Each skipper must be a current member of the HCA. Membership status can be checked at –  http://www.hcanamembers.com/

REGATTA DETAILS

Chicken/tortilla and potluck dinner on Saturday for skipper and crew included with registration.

Extra dinners ($8 adults, $5 kids) & extra t-shirts ($15) can be purchased from storefront on Regatta Network If you are not competing and want a t-shirt, email

Skippers meeting 9:30am

1st Race Signal 10:30am, wind permitting Hot dogs 2-3pm

Trophy presentation 3pm

ENTRY FEES

Double-handed boats – $70 Single-handed boats – $50 REGISTRATION

All entries after 4/15 subject to a $10 late fee
