Vacationing with families in Rocky Point during Spring Break

Every year Puerto Penasco is a favorite Spring Break destination for families and college students alike.

Rocky Point has long been known as a spring break destination, and while there are plenty of parties and clubs to hit up, the city’s also become a great choice for spring break family vacations.

In an effort of preserving more of a family atmosphere most of the beach resorts do not allow reservations from “spring breakers” under the age of 21 unless they’re accompanied by an adult.

Rocky Point is a great destination for family spring break vacations. Unrivaled beach and swimming, swim up bars, lazy rivers, stunning beaches, numerous beach activities, night life and excellent dining set the scene for the best week of your life!

Every weekend in March sells out but the busiest spring break weekend in 2024 is March 7 to 10. You may want to consider making your spring break reservations as soon as possible, not only to secure your accommodation but to get the lowest prices. The longer you wait the higher the prices!

The major spring break dates for the main colleges in 2024 are as follows:

  • ASU March 3 to 10
  • NAU March 11 to 18
  • U of A March 3 to 10
