La Amistad is a beautiful beach front home located in Las Conchas. This home has 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms with accommodations for up to 7 guests. The home has a bright white exterior with a light pink ceramic tile roof top. The home has a long drive way with plenty of room for parking. When you walk in you will first start at the family room which has pale blue painted walls with a red brick fireplace and ocean view windows all the way around. The living room is furnished with a blue cushioned sofa that doubles as a bed, a cushioned maple wood bench, lighted end tables and a media unit. The media unit has a Direct TV satellite connection (stereo music is found on 800 series channels), and DVD. Future selections can be recorded on the DVR. Each of the windows in the room has a rainbow colored valance and a colorful hand painted lizard is mounted on the wall above the fire place. The dining room has two tone accent painted walls with a large rectangular beech wood table that has seating for 8 guests. There is a sliding glass door behind the table which provide access to the beach front patio. The other wall of the dining room has a colorful painted buffet stand which could be used for serving your guests. The kitchen is very open with white appliances, blue and white ceramic tiled counter tops and custom designed thatched wood cabinets. The counter top has a microwave, coffee maker, blender and toaster. Most all the items you need for cooking and serving are provided in the drawers and cupboards. There is a built in ceramic tiled counter bar with two black bar stools beneath it. The half bath off the kitchen has grey and white painted walls with a floral ceramic painted sink, tiled vanity and a commode. The 1^st bedroom has a King size bed with cobalt blue painted walls with a yellow and brown painted wood framed bed and a colorful checkered quilt bed spread. Both sides of the bed are furnished with a lighted bed side table and the walls are adorned with blue and yellow painted art work. The room also has a dresser and a large double door closet where you can store your clothing. The attached master bathroom has a ceramic tiled single mirrored sink vanity with a walk in shower and commode. The 2^nd bedroom has a red octagon shaped tile flooring with bright orange painted walls and a huge queen size wood framed bed with colorful geometric printed bedding. The room has a lighted bed side table, a built in redbrick trimmed fireplace and 2 sliding glass doors that open to the ocean front patio. The room also has a large dresser and wall mounted fish design above the bed. The attached bathroom has a large double mirrored sink vanity made of ceramic tile, a walk in shower and a commode. The 3^rd bedroom has two twin size beds with a carved leaf head board twin size beds. Both beds have blue and gray plaid patterned bedding and one lighted bed side table. The room comes with an ocean view window and a large double door closet where you can store your clothes. The attached bathroom has orange and blue ceramic tiled single sink vanity with a matching walk in shower and commode. The back patio has tons of furniture which includes chaise loungers, chairs, dining table and much more. . Kick back with a good book and watch the sunset or have a cocktail and feel the warm salty air blow through your hair. You will never run out of things to do. Take a dip in the ocean, a walk on the beach or hunt for sea shells. This home comes with cold AC and ceiling fans throughout.
