This second story 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located in the gated community of Las Conchas In Puerto Penasco aka Rocky Point in the Corona Del Mar development.
The condo offers 2 private bedrooms with two baths, the master bedroom has a queen size bed, large step-in shower and separate exit to the patio. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. The second bathroom is just off of the guest bedroom and also has a large step-in shower.
The living room has a futon sofa bed. There are large 8 foot sliding glass doors that offer great ocean views as well as views of the swimming pool and common areas
The kitchen has all of the amenities of home. Full sized refrigerator, microwave, electric range/oven, disposal, coffee maker, and all the plates, cups and silverware you will need. There is a laundry room off of the kitchen with full sized washer/dryer.
Corona Del Mar in Las Conchas Rocky Point is only a 2 minute walk to the beach across the street or only one block away. At high tide, enjoy the beautiful soft sandy beach that is normally very private. When the tide goes out, have fun exploring all the tide pools and search for sea critters in the rocky areas that get exposed. This is a great beach for walking and shell hunting!
