The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, 43″ TV w/Netflix, large private bathroom with double sinks and mirrored closet. The second bedroom also has a king size bed, 43″ TV w/Netflix, and private bath and the third bedroom has twin beds, DVR player and TV and an adjoining guest bath. In this home you will find many extras including boveda ceilings in 3 of  the rooms, sofa sleeper in the common area with ample seating, patio access that faces the water, and of course, a great view of the ocean. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and all the necessary small appliances, microwave, cookware, blender, and coffee maker. Other amenities include central A/C and heat, fans in all the rooms, high speed WIFI, CD/DVD/MP3/NetFlix, bluetooth sound bar, DirecTV and flat screen TV in  living room, an outside shower, propane BBQ, and a second level terrace/margarita deck. Sheets and towels provided.

The garage is available for one car. A Pair of Paddle Boards and a Pair of Kayaks are available for renters .Washer and Dryer available. Owner requests NO Smoking Inside and NO PETS. Minimum 2 nights; Holidays 3 nights. January, February, rent 2 or more nights and get one free, except holidays.  The HOA pool and hot tub are a short stroll away.
