Located in section 2 of Las Conchas Casa de Colores is a beautiful 5 bedroom 5 bath ocean front home. Casa De Colores sleeps 12 people comfortably making it a perfect choice for large groups.
You will find that the main house offers three bedrooms and three baths, while the attached Casa De Colores casita has two more bedrooms and two bathrooms with its own private entrance for more privacy.
The house offers wonderful unobstructed views of the ocean from most rooms. Three of the bedrooms face the ocean. The master bedroom has a king size bed, fireplace, TV, private bath and private patio entrance. The second and third bedroom have a queen size bed each, their own fireplace and private bath. The fourth bedroom has two full size beds. The fifth bedroom has a queen size bed.
The full kitchen also offers a great eat-in bar area. There’s also a very spacious separate dining area with seating for eight.
Every room in this home is full of color and beautifully decorated.
The outdoor patio areas offer great furnishings for relaxation while enjoying the great ocean views.
