Sonoran Star Resort is still in its soft-opening phase.
Many of the resort’s amazing amenities are already open and ready for you to enjoy, but please keep in mind:
- Ongoing Construction: Tower 1 is completed. The second tower is still under development, which may create some daytime noise.
- Owner Renovations: Some condo owners are completing interior work between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- Parking: Covered parking is not yet available. Guests currently park in a compacted dirt lot near the lobby (the boulevard in front is finished and fully accessible).
- EV Charging: On-site electric vehicle chargers are planned but not yet installed.
