Singer-song writer Mark Mulligan will be performing in Rocky Point Mexico (Puerto Penasco) at The Caribbean Parrot.  His tropically flavored tunes reflect life on the coast, telling stories and painting pictures of sunshine, sailboats, and white sandy beaches.
