VIVA Peñasco Carnaval 2019

For the fourth year in a row, Rocky Point is celebrating Carnaval Viva Peñasco “Fiesta y Cultura” 2019.  The celebrations will take place from March 1st to March 3, 2019 in the Mirador area.  The main roads will be filled with artistic and cultural expressions in this fun for all ages celebration.
