The 4,600 sq ft terrace is ideal for dining and entertaining, offering enchanting sunsets and sightings of migrating whales and playful dolphins. The indoor living space is almost 5,000 sq ft offering a combined 10,000 sq ft of total space for enjoying and entertaining with friends and family.

Good To Know
- If you want a more quiet room stay on higher floors. During very busy times the lower floors, particularly ground floor tend to be noisier due to their proximity to the pool.
- You will find the lowest rates at Las Palomas Rocky Point rentals are during off season which is November through February, excluding holidays.
- If you want to see the sunrise the buildings facing east are the best. If you want to see the sunset then choose the buildings facing west.
- The buildings facing east get afternoon shade.
- All condos are individually owned so they are all furnished differently.
- All condos at Las Palomas Rocky Point rentals have beautiful views of the ocean regardless of what building you are in but the buildings located at the ends (Cristal and Diamante in phase I and Cordoba and Coronado in phase II) are considered ocean front because they are the closest to the beach.
- Ocean view condos have lower rates than ocean front condos, the only difference is the location of the building.
- The higher the condo is the more panoramic the ocean views are.
- There are no umbrellas around the pool, bring lots of sunscreen. The sun can get very intense in the summer
- If you find anything broken when you arrive in your condo tell the front desk right away so you don’t get charged for it.
- Wi-Fi can be very slow during busy times, especially weekends. Be prepared for that.
- All condos at Las Palomas Rocky Point rentals have fully equipped kitchens, bring your own groceries if you want to save some money.
- There is noise control after 9pm. Loud noise and loud music is not allowed after this time on the hotel grounds.
